to ask how long you wait to give food after stomach bug?

if your child has a bug, how long do you wait after vomiting to let them eat food such as toast?

I let them eat as soon as they're hungry.

As soon as they are hungry but small amounts to start off with in case they don't keep it down.

I personally would just give water and at least 6 hours from last vomit but that's because been caught that way before

When they are hungry but I'd give plain food ( I.e rich tea/digestive biscuit, toast) to start with incase it comes back up.

When they're hungry - but I keep a bucket beside them just in case!
