AIBU to think he should have "grown-up" by now

I'm in a group of friends in our 30s, mainly couples, and a new couple has joined the group and I really can't stand the guy. I'm not a prude and enjoy the occasional dirty joke but he is one of those people who turns every conversation to sex. For example were talking about piano playing which one of our group is very good at and he says "oh yes he's a really good PENISest" or we're having a bbq and he makes jokes about meat in a sexual way not just once but constantly and keeps repeating it, and worse of all in my opinion -
we're talking about Scouting and he started making jokes about scout masters and the kids (you can fill in the blanks) really smutty horrible stuff. The guy is married, has lived in several different countries, am I being unreasonable to think that he should be past the Inbetweeners humour? And has anyone got experience of how to deal with someone like this?

Ask him how old he is. .

And why he is still acting like he is 12. .

I find a good way to deal with this sort of thing is to remain completely deadpan and ask him to explain the joke.

Like,

OP: Oh, DS is off on a scouting trip at the weekend.

Finbarr Saunders: oh yes? Tell him to keep his hand on his woggle when Akala's around, fnaar fnaar.

OP: what do you mean?

FS: Y'know, nudge nudge.

OP: No, you're going to have to explain.

FS: Well, you know what they say about scoutmasters, lol.

OP: What, that they give up their time freely to help engage young people in beneficial activities?

FS: No, you know! Fnaaar, nudge...

OP: No, please explain.

Rinse and repeat until he runs out of steam and looks a massive twat.
