Jeez this person very smooth and tanned and altogether in very good shape - standing all body out - spraying something on her face. Then goes onto do a whole body creaming. Bending in this direction and that (me don't know where to put my face) leg up on the bench (no knickers on) then finally guys yep you got it rubbing cream onto her bum cheeks and then between her bum cheeks!!

Did I need to see that?!

Who creams the butt checks and inbetween them shock but then who puts legs up on a bench to cream them with no knickers on

I was actually thinking about nudity in changing rooms yesterday, when I was at the swimming pool and was about to shower but realised I forgot something in my locker so just wandered out to the changing room to my locker while naked and thinking how wonderfully liberating it feels to not worry about how I look and just be naked. 10 years ago you wouldn't see me wandering naked carefree in the changing room but since I stopped caring about covering up my body I've felt a lot better about it.
I don't go rubbing boy cream on my skin though for everyone to see, I have standards...

Moisturizing routine made me think of this

It was really difficult not to look!! It really was very close up and personal. Until I moved away to dry my hair

I think it would clarify just how close the woman rubbing boy cream into her butt actually was.

Why would you rub boy body cream in your crack? Wouldn't it make your bum cheeks slippy slidey when you walk?

I can't say I have ever seen anyone rub gentleman's relish into their arse crack at my gym. Takes all sort I suppose

Every gym seems to have one, mine has a lady that even if there is loads of space she joins someone already sat at a bench. To make it worse she chats whilst naked so you feel rude if you look and rude for not giving eye contact if you don't. You end up getting changed nearly inside your locker. No cream though.

I don't know why anyone would moisturise their crack. But aside from that, get over it. I'm sure you've seen a butt crack before. Look away. Who cares if you'd 'already seen it' I'm sure your eyes won't melt 🙄

I had to open this thread just to find out what "boy cream" was.

It's nothing to do with self esteem or hangups.
Be naked in the changing room. It's a changing room.
I don't understand people who try and hide.
Hower, Please don't plonk yourself right up lose to me, put your leg up on a bench and stick your naked fanny and butthole right near my face.
I don't want to see it.

This is what I mean when I say they lack awareness. If there are lockers in front of you, an empty bench behind, something else on the third side and a person right in front of you, why bend over so that the person in front of you is getting the browneye full! Surely any normal person would try their best not to stick their backside in your face.

I did encounter this in Germany. I just put it down to mainland Europeans being less prudish than us brits! It made me squirm though. I was sitting on the bench and she was next to me, legs akimbo and stuff.

I'm with you OP. But then I am a bit of a prude. I find the level of nudity at the gym really distasteful. Can't help but feel that some are exhibitionists and really, I don't want to see other people's private bits cos that is what they should be. - private.

Realise people need to dry themselves but this should not take more than a couple of seconds! Taken to some of the levels I see in front of kids, I think it is almost abusive. Just put it and them away.

Not as bad as those people who spray themselves, and anyone else within a couple of meters, all over with body spray. Although I did do an explosive sneeze over someone who did this once.

But I get what you mean. You just want to tell them to get a room. But at least you can look the other way.
