I'm so hungry. Out celebrating a birthday last night and the friend I'm staying with said she'd do breakfast, and that's all we got. Yes I know in reality its probably a sensible portion but my hangover disagrees

When she says "go for a walk" maybe what she means is go to McDonalds?

Go for the walk but head towards the nearest place there might be a cafe and dive head first into the fat and carbs. Just say you feel faint.....

A proper breakfast is two each of bacon, sausage, egg, hash browns, black pudding, along with some beans, tomatoes and mushrooms, orange juice and a pot of tea. What you were given is a toddler sized portion.

Tattie scones are gorgeous but sadly not something you get very often in the cafes down here (Kent) and everyone knows hangover breakfasts are best cooked by someone else.

YANBU OP, there needs to be beans, fried tomatoes, mushrooms, bacon, at least 2 sausages, eggs, hashbrowns and fried bread or it's not breakfast, just a snack. may have just realised why I am fat
