However, I was thinking overnight that if I made I would have to use at least a couple of litres of cream to make it worth the effort, and then I know, just know, that I would eat so much of it at one sitting - because you don't want it to go off, do you - that I would make an absolute pig of myself and end up feeling sick. I have little self control, sadly.

Sconesnotscones I confess I prefer their double cream, but yes their clotted cream is actually what it says on the outside and other expats love it.

Recipes - I also confess to having made a pdf of recipes thus far - sangria, elderflower cordial, banana bread, clotted cream and the gin cocktail linked on the stupendous Trello board.

(Though of course SpanGran/ Watty / GTB and Ken would get premium billing too).

Though you've reminded me of a very good point: it'd be vital to have headset audio translation of guide commentary, in however many languages necessary for our International friends...judging by the amount of flags on here, that's a Hell of a lot!

Am ashamed, too, I'd neglected to make clear that our fantasy buses have also been converted to being wheelchair accessible, with frequent 'comfort breaks' at service stations for those weaker of bladder.
