I will join the @SchadenfreudePersonified fan club someone mentioned above. I will join it even if there is an annual fee. I don't even care if there are no concrete benefits (although a quarterly magazine would be nice).

Just back from my week of no internet access to find out that the saga continues - I left it on thread 6!

I was so desperate to catch up that I tried reading thread 9 in the car on the way back from the wedding I was at yesterday.

It brought on a bout of car sickness nothing to with the 5 bottles of prosecco and peachschnapps shots and thus I had to abandon attempt to catch up in favour of repeatedly vomiting into DH's "Keep calm & drink coffee mug" which he'd left in the centre console of the car. No spillage though and I felt much better for it. Nothing like a tactical chunder.

Couldn't help but think of Wattyy on the way to the ceremony which was held in a listed building surrounded by beautiful flat/house conversions.

And inspired by one of my favourite songs which I may have made a tit of myself dancing to wowed the dancefloor with last night, I may be writing a rework of Oakenfold's Starry Eyed Surprise.

@MarilynWhirlwindRocks I'm currently trying to get the whole vlad/trump snog vibe along with a wrecking-ball-riding Bill Nighy (whose modesty I'm also trying to protect on said wrecking ball) and bearing in mind I haven't done any illustration for eons, it is proving somewhat of a challenge but for mumsnet, I will persevere!

Why have I never met Irina? She must keep her head well below the parapet (no sniggering please - this is culture). I wondered who was secretly copying my surveillance tapes.

I think I may have seen her going to and fro in the Kremlin. Is she the really scrawny thin woman with the hair dragged into tight bun, blood-red lipstick and eyes like gimlets? Usually wears an orange blouse with a pussycat bow (a la Margaret Thatcher), a pencil skirt and Manolo Blahnik knock-offs with hand knitted beige tights her Babushka made for her?

Or is she the broad, squat one with the electric blue body stocking, lilac tennis skirt and Russian Army Surplus wellingtons which she has converted to slingbacks with the aid of a razor blade? (Though if I was her I'd have used it on my moustache, but never mind.)

Probably needs to be an incredibly long coach (or convoy of regular sized ones).

Also, knowledgeable historians/ tour guides...techies to record details...anyone and everyone, really.

Ok, I've been lurking on all 10 threads without joining in but have to say I love Schaden's work esp this morning with Lord High Planning Officer and The Boy.
I work in Planning for local Council in the Westcountry (admin support so not a Planner). We have a young chap who started in our team a year or so ago out of Uni. We also have a Northern woman enforcement officer who loves to banter. Talk about a rabbit caught in the headlights! Fortunately he's learnt how to banter back.
I know when I go in on Monday I'll have to really try not to laugh at our 'The Boy' and also our 'Lord High Planning Officer' (sadly not his official title though I may have to suggest it).
