Thanks for title!

I'm trying to post this really quickly so that I can link on #9 so I'll be back soon. Grin

@schaden @marilyn (my bold never works)

The recently promoted Boy has a badge but there's NO SIGN OF A BRICK - could this be attached gules, as a pendant? then the boy on the CF parking thread can have a car as a pendant. It would be like a DFC and bar (see what I did there?)

Honoured to be musical director on the coach trip. How many places are we visiting given the history of CFNs?

Cedilla · 05/08/2017 12:51

STOP THE THREAD

Mumdebump wins Bill Nighy. Mystery flag is indeed Romney Marshes. Well done that woman!

(Mind you don't wear him out Grin)

milliemolliemou · 05/08/2017 12:52

Oh the bold worked. How did I do that?

bookbook · 05/08/2017 12:52

Marilyn - did I see we may detour to Bangor on the bus ?
well,- altogether now - Didn't we have a lovely time the day we went to Bangor ..

MipMipMip · 05/08/2017 12:54

Are you a Pratchett's fan Schadenfreude? It has that feel..

SchadenfreudePersonified · 05/08/2017 12:57

Thank you WattdeEll - not sure I'm up to that standard.

SchadenfreudePersonified · 05/08/2017 12:59

It's the same mug Vango - the "Strawberry Thief".

What are the chances?! Shock

mumdebump · 05/08/2017 12:59

Thank you @Cedilla. I will take good care of him, promise Grin

MarilynWhirlwindRocks · 05/08/2017 13:01

millie,

We would never run out of CFN sites...you could visit as few or as many as you want. Forever more, I suspect: doubt the rate of CFNs will slow anytime soon, sadly.

Vango · 05/08/2017 13:02

If you hadn't described me so....er..... inaccurately before, I'd be worried Grin.

SchadenfreudePersonified · 05/08/2017 13:02

Mip - I used read Pratchett about 30years ago when the sprogs were bf. Cheered my up and was a nice light read.

I must have absorbed teeny bits of talent by osmosis.

SchadenfreudePersonified · 05/08/2017 13:04

Can I borrow him when you've finished with him Cedilla. I'll be careful not to break him.

Kaybush · 05/08/2017 13:11

We're currently on holiday by a pool and my previously uninterruptible DH has now put the book down that he's been glued to and is now giving endless opinions on the OP's situation.

I've always told him that Mumsnet can do this to you and it's only now he can see why!

Cedilla · 05/08/2017 13:14

I have actually met Bill Nighy. He was very droll.

Ceredigion flag reporting for duty. Sorry it's a bit late to the party.

Ooh there's many more now! Even some kids ones, although I think your children may be a little old for them now. I'm not, neither's my mum, but were not normal. Well worth restarting. Only not to the extent that your distracted from writing here.

MarilynWhirlwindRocks · 05/08/2017 13:24

Well, Ray Charles: "Hit The Road, Jack" seems a suitable anthem for a lot of people dealing with CFN issues...and a great one for group singing on long coach trips:

(with lyrics)

Oy, you lot fighting over Bill Nighy!
Remember, as Top Heritage Bloke, he needs his energies for sorting out OP...as it were Blush Grin

MarilynWhirlwindRocks · 05/08/2017 13:30

Cedilla,

What, like in the flesh met the legendary Nighy?
Ooh, lucky you.
I could die happy. (As long as I'd met Adrian Dunbar beforehand, goes without saying...their wry conversation game is strong).

shockthemonkey · 05/08/2017 13:33

Not RTFT, sorry, but if we're still looking for a band name that reminds us of the 80s, what about:

Spangran Ballet
