Just posted the same! Can't sleep, fed up of tossing and turning so I have got up and made a brew

I can't sleep either. I went to bed and got fed up of lying there awake so got up until I felt properly sleepy again.

Not supposed to talk about other threads , so the one where everyone was telling the op how to find info on an iPhone to try and catch cheating DH.

Purple I find it helps if I get up and start the 'going to bed' thing again , otherwise I just toss and turn .

Am so tired but cannot sleep. Dreading tomorrow and over exuberant kids tomorrow already. Dh will be up for work in 3 hours or so too so will no doubt wake me then if I do fall asleep

Woken by dd coughing, give her some medicine and now awake listening to her and my husband snore,unable to get back to sleep because of ridiculous back pain. Oh joy!

Had a general anaesthetic yesterday afty and never sleep the night following. Have taken co-codomol and just popped neurofen. Feel snoozy but if i go back updtairs will just be listening to husband snoring or making snuffly noises and getting stabby. Can't wake him up as he's got to get up at dawn's crack to take Flyingboy to work as the latter's car window was smashed abd then go to work himself.

I can just sit on settee watching Prison break tomoz.
