Can you get fined for taking child out nursery

Not U as such, I'm out of the know with these things. I have two holidays planned with my 3 year old. He starts school nursery next month. Will I be fined for taking him out for these holidays?

No fine but you will probably have to pay as normal for the days he's not there. Check your contract on that.
