Can you get fined for taking child out nursery

Not U as such, I'm out of the know with these things. I have two holidays planned with my 3 year old. He starts school nursery next month. Will I be fined for taking him out for these holidays?

No fine but you will probably have to pay as normal for the days he's not there. Check your contract on that.

It's school nursery so it's not paid for by me

No you cant. We took both kids out of nursery
