That you can bookmark a post so the thread starts where you left off?
Sorry if everyone knows this but I always see messages off people saying they are place marking and it works exactly the same as bookmarking.

You have to turn the bookmark function on to start with.

Hover your cursor in the bottom right hand part of the white space on someone's post. Bookmark should appear. Then click it.

I'm on an iPhone. I just swipe whichever post I happen to be up to in the thread and press bookmark

Swipe left!

Is there a way to get bookmarked threads to appear in your "Watched" list? Other than going back up to the top and hitting "watch", I mean.

Thank you! I didnt know this. I dont post to place mark though...i just had to try and remember where i got to on each thread then went through pages n pages of stuff over and over.

There used to be (old time mner here) a place where you could hide a thread just on the left by clicking on an exclamation mark i think..it's all changed now though

No little dots, nothing. Hovering the cursor where mentioned doesn't work either.

While we're in this subject , does anyone know how to go to a specific post when you do an advanced search ?

When I do it , I type in a posters name but when I tap their post it takes me to the start of the thread and I have to scroll through the pages until I find the post I want. Is there a way to go directly to a specific post ?

if you hover over the last line of a post, bookmark will pop up on the r/h side

I'm on an iPad and if I go to the last post and then just tap and hold inside that post, but over on the righthand side, it pops up a little bookmarked sign, then I tap the bookmarked sign and it says saving and then saved. Then next time I go into the thread it just swoops through it automatically and takes me to that post. I dont know how to get a list of threads I have bookmarkerd yet, so I have to remember that on my own!
