Aibu to of had enough of people dumping rubbish outside my flat (pics included)

People dump rubbish every week outside my flat..my window is above the rubbish.
6 flats in the building.
One week it's a bed,the the next God knows what.
My housing association Won't move it just send letters saying don't dump rubbish.
Would you be embarrassed bringing people back to this mess?

Or am I over reacting?
