For surgery on dark under eyes/under eye veins? This probably sounds vain (pun not intended!) but I'm covering them with over £80s worth of different concealers and think the surgery will help with my quality of life and also save me money in the long run!!

I know you can get fillers as a non surgical option but not sure on effectiveness versus surgical options. Darkness is somewhat hereditary I believe, so not as simple as say cheek fillers or Botox on your jawline.
I've had fillers previously (nose) and understand about quality of life. I searched for non surgical options and then researched local surgeons until I was happy with one!
