Trolly jack and car skates.
Move the car hard up against CFN's front door, or several streets away.
Remove the skates.

Trustmeimadoggroomer17 · 28/07/2017 22:21

He sounds like a cunt, if he can free to angry with someone when he is in the wrong. I can't imagine how he may be treating his dogs. Wanker.

Scarpetta1982 · 28/07/2017 23:19

I would keep logs as this could build up into a antisocial behaviour case which the council and police, can and will act upon. It sounds like this is just the beginning. Definitely call the penguins in.

Buttercunt · 28/07/2017 23:21

Have they got a new employee that used to be a nanny? 😀

wheresthel1ght · 28/07/2017 23:27

If you are in Derbyshire we have a land-rover & we are willing to help you move cfns car!

Alternatively can you borrow a car and park it on his drive when he goes out and then claim no knowledge?

ThumbWitchesAbroad · 29/07/2017 00:50

Carskates? Are those a real thing? Cool if they are!

missm0use · 29/07/2017 00:55

Buttercunt 🤣

Slimthistime · 29/07/2017 00:57

Sorry you're having this op
Imagine if he'd just asked in the first place!

Round here, the start of the school holidays always results in loads of tyre thefts. Local teens find it entertaining apparently. Maybe it's a thing in OP area.

ThumbWitchesAbroad · 29/07/2017 01:17

You need friends like these:

ThumbWitchesAbroad · 29/07/2017 01:26

this might be useful to read - sorry it's the Daily Mirror, but that's still better than the Daily Heil.

Shadow666 · 29/07/2017 02:10

I know you said the police werent interested but can you ask if theres a local community officer that you can have a chat with? I think this sort of thing is exactly why theyre there, even though I understand with the tyre issue why you might not want to do that.

TheMaddHugger · 29/07/2017 02:30

Sweetpea, You Have To Win This.

Next time get a tow truck in.

IF he goes full tilt and takes you to court, he is going to look like that jackass he is. [You countersue]

I say Tow Truck because they can remove car professionally and SAFELY. No damage to dick head's car

Keep Notes, Pics recordings. Record Video on your Phone each and every time. And each time you talk to them or they to you.

Do NOT go Meek at this time. Organise ALL the Neighbours

mrsheathy85 · 29/07/2017 07:06

I would slit their tyres tbh. It's obvious they're just utter cunts 😡😡😡 can't claim on insurance for tyres... keep doing it and it'll cost him a fortune and it's on YOUR land so...

DrinkFeckArseGirls · 29/07/2017 07:31

Is there a thread after this? It seems that OP started thread 4 and 5??? But this isnt finished and I can't find the third thread??

TheMaddHugger · 29/07/2017 07:33

Drink that is a different thread and different poster. the other one has a walled in garden that next door put doors into

CanuckBC · 29/07/2017 08:10

What cheeky fuckers!!! Here is so much you can discreetly do that he won't be able to do anything about. Perfectly in your right. Probably not worth it😁

Ruhrpott · 29/07/2017 09:24

I'm having similar problems with neighbours and reading all with interest as I think I am about to take it to the council. Our neighbours have decided to give swimming lessons in their private pool to an age group from babies to 6 years old. They have as far as I can see from their Facebook page 5 kids in each group and each group starts every half an hour.

Not too bad you think but we live up a single unadopted private lane which is in really bad condition. They have the last house in the lane and the turning circle is on their land. The parents parked cars complete block the top part of the lane and turning circle and they all seem to leave and arrive at the same time causing chaos. They then use my drive to pass each other in and sometimes we find one parked in our drive.

I have just bought movable bollards (can't afford the £7000 the ones that go up and down would cost!). It's really annoying having to keep getting out to move them!

Ruhrpott · 29/07/2017 09:30

Forgot to say my drive/parking spaces is at the front of the house. Here's a photo of my new bollards.

@Ruhrpott this has nothing to do with anything but gosh you look like you live in a lovely area :) So green and leafy, I think it looks beautiful.

Ruhrpott · 29/07/2017 09:37

How do I check their deeds to see if they are allowed to run a business from home (they run two others from there too). I know they bought the land from the council and built their own house.

Who do I complain to about the parking? Environmental health/ planning or do you just ring up generally and complain to whoever they put you through to?

Ruhrpott · 29/07/2017 09:41

@ faithinthesound thanks it us lovely and we have lovely views. It was also nice and peaceful, not so much anymore!

ophiotaurus · 29/07/2017 09:55

Angry what a bunch of arse holes!

ThumbWitchesAbroad · 29/07/2017 10:36

Ruhrpott - I think, and I'm sorry to say, that if the road is unadopted there is very little that the council will do for you, because it's not their issue. Even if the road is completely blocked, they won't care, because it's not their road. This is a total arseache for you - I might be wrong but unadopted roads are an utter PITA for things like that. :(

Motoko · 29/07/2017 10:42

Ruhrpott You can check the deeds by going to the Land Registry website and pay (it's either £3 or £6) to download them.

You can also check on your council's website on the planning portal to see if they applied for planning permission.

LakieLady · 29/07/2017 10:57

Been so engrossed by the CFNs who put a door into someone else's garden that I'd missed the latest idiocy by CF Dog Groomer.

What a twunt! He/she is being really childish and deliberately antagonistic now. How they can think that, having been called out for being totally in the wrong once, they are going to get one over on their neighbours by blocking their drive AGAIN is really beyond my comprehension.

I'd agree with bollards, evidence gathering and doing things by the book now, OP. With half the street on board, they won't be able to get away with this for long. It's anti-social behaviour imo.

Mind you, if someone blocked my drive, one of us would have a mishap that required us to go to A&E in the early hours of the morning. Then another night we'd have to take someone to the airport for an early morning flight.
