Oh bloody HMRC Tax Credits office. I got so cross trying to register for that stupid 'my voice is my password' thing. They now have a nice recording of me muttering "just fuck OFF fuck OFF fuck OFF" (actually they probably have thousands of similar ones).

I have to say that renewing online was relatively painless, although I'm withholding judgement on how successful it was until I've seen whether they actually managed to process the information correctly this year...

To be honest, these days I find it difficult to find a human that knows what it's doing (or gives a shit). With computers, as long as it has been programmed by a reasonable human being, it is user friendly and me (the user) knows what its doing, it is far easier, simpler and quicker.
