So we had staff netball, and I might have over-reacted.
A bit of background: I don't play netball, but do over-try
I was trying my best to block people shooting for the hoop-thing (goal defence) but kept getting too close and getting the whistle blown at me. Anyway once I didn't hear the whistle or ref and just kept on. It took the others a couple of tries to make me understand I had to step aside.
I looked up and a couple of colleagues were fooling around acting like they were blocking a shot too... I should have ignored them, but oh no, I decided to eyeball them, hands on hips and stare them out.
I work with these people. AIBU to think they will ridicule me even more & decide I'm a twat?
