O is economy and f is first class I thought

HerRoyalNotness · 17/07/2017 20:17

Is the F for flexible ticket? It sure what the O would be for

Yeswecankle · 17/07/2017 20:19

Grade of economy ticket, one way would have been more expensive than the other so they are different grades of economy ticket.

Ok from google, it's the discount bracket the fare for the seat falls into. But the airlines all use different codes. You'd have to google the airline and the code to find out specifically

Definitely not for first class I wouldn't think. It's aerlingus and I just booked normal flights. Just curious really. Doubt it means much I guess. I didn't buy a flexible ticket (that I know of?).

Just had another Google. From what I can make out, it means you won't earn air miles on the journey you are making
