to think that weeing into a bag in tescos and then putting under your trolley is disgusting.

Just been to Tescos, and watch in amazement whilst a woman got bags out for her two children one around 4 the other around 7 which one after the other she got them to wee in before tying a not in the bag and putting it in her trolley where other people will be using it after her. it was one of the 4 child trolleys that has an upper and lower shelf. there are toilets just outside the shop she was only in the first 3 aisles!

ROFL at vim fuego. i think you have your answers re. pissing in the aisles, magic. wrong and weird. ask franny what she thinks.

PinkTulips · 25/03/2007 14:32

fgs if my dd's who'only potty trained a week can wait while i finish the shop (hurridly!) queue, pay, run back for bread that was apparently on BOGOF and assistant told me to take advantage of and then find the toilets for her then her kids certainly didn't need that!

meowmix · 25/03/2007 14:38

it wouldn't happen if you went to waitrose....

EHM · 25/03/2007 14:41

no bloody way whas it was too difficult to leave the trolley & take them to the toilet. The poor children I feel sorry for. I don't care if she was in the q, she could have asked one of the tesco staff to watch her trolley & take them to the loo!fgs

Miaou · 25/03/2007 14:59

Don't carrier bags have those little holes in these days so that you don't suffocate when you stick it over your head?? Was she leaving a little Hansel-and-Gretel-esque trail behind her as she shopped?!?

EHM · 25/03/2007 15:07

maybe it was a bag for life, they are holeless i think

maisym · 25/03/2007 15:10

could it have been one of those bags that clip onto those portable potties?

hunkermunker · 25/03/2007 15:10

That reminds me (had been trying to forget) I saw a girl (about 19? No younger, certainly) on the Tube the other night - about 8.50pm.

She was walking up and down the carriage, clutching her crotch, going "I need a wee!" - then she went and squatted between the seats and did it (just as we got into my station).

As for weeing in a bag in a supermarket - I'd have had to say something to her about where the loos were, if nothing else.

hunkermunker · 25/03/2007 15:11

If it was a sealed plastic bag though, there's no danger to other people from wee contamination on the trolley - is there?

Gross for many reasons other than that though.

glassslipper · 25/03/2007 15:14

eeewwwwww!

deaconblue · 25/03/2007 15:16

Perhaps she takes it home to make nutritious drinks madonna style?

DANCESwithaTruckLoadOfMiniEggs · 25/03/2007 15:19

Hunker - that is absolutely revolting...
I bet you couldn't get off quick enough that face for nauseous not envy.

catASTROPHE · 25/03/2007 15:25

oh crikey, this must be a joke surely!? Foul.

steinermum · 25/03/2007 15:28

That's taking hoarding a little too far.

SparklyGothKat · 25/03/2007 15:30

that is gross, she should have just taken them to the toilets.....ewwwwwwww. My son is 9, and has CP and when he has to go he has to go IYKWIM, but even he can wait while I grab him and run to the toilet

ShowOfHands · 25/03/2007 15:39

19? 19?

Crikey, I'm fairly heavily pregnant, the baby's engaged and I have sciatica. There are times when my 3am dash to the toilet is more of a painful, God-I-wish-I-had-a-Tescos-bag-to-hand, hobble but I bloomin' well manage it.

I was at a bus stop last year (middle of the afternoon) and a very drunk man with a blue and white stripey plastic bag full of lager staggered over, whipped it out and started to wee on a woman's feet (flip flops too). The stream of abuse she heaped upon him would make Custy blush. He kept saying 'sorry I love you'. Oh it was a hot day too, the smell...

In wish I was kidding.

staceym11 · 25/03/2007 15:41

now my dd is potty training atm, i carry a potty everywhere (like walking to town etc etc) but i wouldnt even sit her in a shop to do it, i'd take her outside, or to toilets if available, even she can hold it for a few minutes!!!

poor poor children!

ipanemabunny · 25/03/2007 15:57

Re adult wee:
I worked with a woman who ran to the tube one day forgetting to wee before she left the house. There was a huge delay underground so she said she just sat there and weed into all her clothes/seat etc, she said she did it very slowly so there would be no gushing! Any way the tube got going and she went straight home to change....

I nearly vomited on the tube once when pg but said to the carriage "MAY I SIT DOWN PLEASE OR I MIGHT VOMIT" and about 6 people stood up faster than anything I've ever seen.

Gill89 · 25/03/2007 16:01

yuck

ipanemabunny · 25/03/2007 16:05

also I did pass my ds a small empty water bottle too wee in once on a long car journey.
He put the lid on very well, good boy, and we got it safely out of the car and into a bin when it was safe to stop!

PeachyClair · 25/03/2007 16:09

ew!

Apaprently (I vaguely remember this) when I was 4 or 5 I vomited into the freezer at the local Bejam (like Icelands) and Mum didnt say anythibng, just kept shopping- but thats Mum's fault, not mine!

DS3 did climb out of a large soft play area wet once, he'd wee'd himself but nobody knew wher exactly . However, he has asd and can't tell anyone (Behavioral advisory peeps ahd told us tor emove nappies- after that we ignored her )

Gingermonkey · 25/03/2007 16:26

ugh! DD is 7 and there's no way she will wee anywhere except in a toilet! And even then she closes the door and shouts if I ask to come in

tinkerbellhadpiles · 25/03/2007 16:34

Umm Tesco bags have holes in so you can't suffocate yourself - so it would have leaked too. URURURURURKK that's nasty.

I vomited into a freezer in Sainsburys in late pregnancy and they were very nice about it.

Bananaknickers · 25/03/2007 16:36

It happens all the time, thats why the bastards put holes in the bags.
Anyway don't you get money if you re-use bags. Were else do you expect her to put it until she reaches the checkout. some people
