See my other thread, I have a lot going on in my life with ill DD2. She hasn't slept well for days. She is over tired and very challenging.

NDN are drilling. We can hear it all over the house. When is it ok for us to ask them to call it a night?

If this is a rare occurrence and they are normally good neighbours, I would be hesitant to make a big deal out of it. Perhaps something broke and it's an emergency type of situation for them. One night won't be the end of the world. But if they do this kind of stuff all of the time, then yes I would say something.
