My upstairs bieghbourgh keeps coming into my back and climbing the wall.

For the last two months I keep spotting her in my back carrying her kids over our low shared wall to get into her back. Just looked out the window and there she is climbing over, yesterday she left her purse and shopping on my side...I would lock my backgate but the stupid key is warped and has never worked and I can't afford a new one until Friday. I'm 34 weeks pregnant atm maybe I'm just being over the top but it really annoys me esp since they are rude fighting all the time.

How is locking the gate going to help if she's climbing the wall?

Just get a good padlock put on your gate. Its a good security measure.

Start planning what (prickly) plants you want to have next to the low wall. I think you may need them in future.

She goes through my back gate and climbs over the 4"8 wall...because she can't be bothered to get another key cut so she keeps locking herself out when her bf is out...it's actually pretty bad he has the front key too I assume and the other day the front door was open for 5hrs. Is it silly to be annoyed by this she leaves pretty quickly but it feels invasive.

1.How about going to see her and ask her to stop trespassing in your garden?

2.Get trellis fixed to your low wall so no-one can climb over.

Oh and put a bolt on your back gate that she cannot reach over to from the other side

I can't get them to stop arguing I think they will just do whatever tbh, I need a new key so I can lock my backgate just can't do it until Friday. I just wanted to know if this would annoy other people as I can be a little hormonal at the moment.

It would annoy me so much.
I wouldn't advise you to do something petty like leave something dirty / smelly / that stains where she climbs, that would be childish...... Wink

Bieghbourgh could be bastard nieghbour lol stupid iPad now has it in my dictionary as the spelling ffs. I caught her and her kids the other day and she asked if she could walk through my flat to get to her front door I was about to say no walk round and I'll open the front as my rooms a mess...yes she and her kids had to walk through my bedroom....when my Oh started walking through and they followed and he let them out and the flipping front door (shared) which they had left open. Her kid turned to me and went why is your room so messy errrgh.

Arguing and shouting before 9am and after 10pm aswell as throwing things, next door calls the cops and guess who's door they knock on or like last week they just came into my garden.

So there's really bad arguing, police are called and she is often locked out by her boyfriend who takes the keys? It sounds like she has more to worry about than just annoying her neighbour.

Honestly, I'd just let it go. It sounds like she has a lot to deal with...

I think they split the keys between them tbh and it the back gate not their back door and the front door of the house but not the inside door to the flat. The only reason they lock their back gate is because they are a bit dodgy. He isn't even meant to be living here when she was speaking to the cops she said he lived with his mum so I'm guessing she's claiming benefits as a single parent since she says she's single. She really doesn't have to have in the house I can hear everything they fight about and it's generally about paying rent etc they don't have inside voices really, I just don't get why they don't get another key cut.

Do you think he's abusive? Because if he is, I'd be inclined to be kinder to her.

No he's not abusive, she's the one who throws things around etc. I just think they are kind of trapped in their own world? They probably shout because they don't understand how to communicate with each other.

I'm not un kind to her, I always say hello and return their children's toys when they have thrown them into my garden for fun. I don't complain to the landlord unless I hear them throwing things since he knows them I rather he spoke to them than the police.

I'll buy another key Friday, maybe I should ask if they want me to get a copy of theirs made too since I'm going that way some places will give you a deal if you have a few keys cut.
