Deleting social media after stolen photos.

I'll try and keep this brief.
I used to have an open Instagram account which had a few pictures of DD on, not loads about 15 over 11 weeks.
Long story short, someone stole photos of DD and used them on a fake account. Instagram got involved and the account has been deleted.
I've locked my account now and feel guilty enough that this happend but OH thinks I should delete my account. I think this is a bit extreme as I have friends I only see three or four times a year and they like to see the baby. Also I quite like going back through the pictures and talking to other mums. Am I being unreasonable keeping my account?
