How did it go?

peukpokicuzo · 05/07/2017 10:10

Breakfast this was in the OP's 2nd post on the original thread - the friend who alerted OP to WORKzilla's expectations is the normal mug early morning childcare provider, but is planning to halt the arrangement due to the bad treatment of OP.

TimeToMoveOnUp · 05/07/2017 10:39

Got To place mark as I have given too many hours of my life now to this!

GreenTulips · 05/07/2017 10:39

There's a joint friend - it's only via this friend that the OP knew WORK woman expected the full 6 weeks - having not asked etc - and was the first time OP knew about the 'arrangements'

Any hooo- this friend has the kids dumped in her in term time every day - this friend is now seeking for this to stop as she hasn't said anything up till now - madness

CoraPirbright · 05/07/2017 10:46

Has OP been kidnapped by Workzilla to be held hostage in her home as appropriate cover for the kids whilst she is at WORK?!!

Outraged by the blatant lies she is telling at the school gates. Is there a particularly gossipy/loud mouthed mum you can give the actual facts to so she will inevitably broadcast?

FreakinScaryCaaw · 05/07/2017 10:46

Hope it went ok

HotelEuphoria · 05/07/2017 10:47

Oh no, just logged on for a school run update and ....nothing yet.

IloveBanff · 05/07/2017 10:49

The OP needs to make sure several of the mums have links to her threads on here.

BreakfastAtSquiffanys · 05/07/2017 10:49

Thanks for explanation. It WAS 4 threads ago! Grin

Hope it went ok. She is totally nuts and a liar, cheeky!

Noisybastardsshutup · 05/07/2017 11:00

Hope the school run was ok Fam.

Scottishchick39 · 05/07/2017 11:02

Oooh no update yet? Perhaps WORKzilla wasn't on the school run this morning.

onalongsabbatical · 05/07/2017 11:06

I'm so waiting for an update. GrinGrinGrin

onalongsabbatical · 05/07/2017 11:07

But then, I don't WORK.

MammaTJ · 05/07/2017 11:08

WordWeasel, yeah sure, would you like me to keep them until September?

Probably too far away for it to be worthwhile otherwise! I am deepest, darkest Somerset.

In all seriousness, I don't even get why this is an issue. They are nearly 14 and 10! I have a 10 and 11 year old. The 10 year old should be happy to have freedom to be on the playstation for a few hours and the 11 year old would have to be woken at 10.30 when whoever returned. I would leave them at that time of the morning with barely a second thought!

QWQuee · 05/07/2017 11:10

Maybe there were fisticuffs on the playground and they are now sitting shamefaced in the head teacher's office.

Writerwannabe83 · 05/07/2017 11:35

flumpybear · 05/07/2017 11:35

Come in everyone shake all at once perhaps we can make Fam's phone vibrate - think the word 'update' Wink

Oops, I misread that as they were sitting shitfaced in the head teacher's office.

Brens13 · 05/07/2017 11:52

Maybe they ended up walking home with each other (batshit neighbour following OP) and batshit neighbour has now cornered her in her house again with no superhero DH or puking child to save her this time!

GabsAlot · 05/07/2017 12:01

ooh no fam yt
