Done a new thread as couldn't reply. Can't believe this is the 3rd thread lol.

I know I shouldn't laugh but ds vomiting like that was hilarious and so well times I've given him £10! Grin

Sounds like I'm the talk of the school play ground too! Oh dear I really should of kept them! Although I don't really like all that look at this and she said this gossiping. Looks like I'm going to have to pull up my big girl pants and defend myself once ds is back at school! Can't believe how much drama I've found myself in!

Could we also draw attention to the fact that there is a useful bookmark system which means there's no need for the 'marking my place posts' which make threads unnecessarily long. See attached.

Can't believe I stayed up until 3am reading this and it's still here!

There are lots of people saying "Op didn't have the number how could she text" but I'm assuming OP took the advice she was given and asked their mutual friend for it!

People saying it moved along too quickly so it must be a troll thread, are clearly forgetting that OP had said she wasn't going to speak to them until she saw them. It was only because so many people told her to nip it in the bud NOW that it even moved along.

I think MNHQ have fucked up! They should have at least contacted the OP before blocking her.

Thank you! Yes part of me really wishes I hadn't messaged her now and I'd waited till it was brought up. As hopefully it would of been in the playground. Now I'm going to have a lot of awkwardness and justification to do in my real like, not just on here. Plus a horrible be it also funny scene last night playing on my mind today. Yes mutual friend sent me the number as that was the mutual advice to get it

So what happened in the playground Op??

Who said what? Was she there?

Cause dh thinks it's bullshit that I need to justify myself to no offence a load of strangers. When we was definitely there last night to witness this ourselves so we know it's true. Plus he said maybe it's a good thing I don't stay on here as it took a lot of my time up yesterday and he wasn't keen on doing the pots lol!

I don't think its far fetched.
Think about it from WORKzillas point of view. She thought she had childcare sorted out for the summer. With a short time to go before the summer she finds out this isn't so.
She can't see what she's done wrong and is panicking, as anyone would in that situation.
She can't see she's been massively unreasonable, people like her rarely do. She's tried leaning on the op and it hasn't worked so she got very desperate and angry.
If I perceived myself to have been let down over something so important then I'd probably freak out too.
As for the vomiting, well it happens. My youngest always finds the most awkward moments to barf up everywhere.

Another Mum from round the corner, from my child's year just popped a sports day letter into me. She just said that crazy Mum was there spouting off that I'd agreed child care now they are stuck etc. She must be off today sometimes she has a week day or 2 off and works Saturday.

She's in the playground doing that in the hope a few mums will say ' oh if you're stuck then I can help'

Hope nobody did

No he doesn't care, I never posted anyway, and I doubt I'd ever start a new thread again now anyway lol. I'm still shocked it went so mental I only expected 1 or 2 replies saying people would do it.

Ahhh... the public sob story, she will be looking for a sympathetic ear in the hope that someone will rescue her from this terrible situation! And some poor sap will show a moment of weakness and bam! WORKzillas kids at their doostep all summer... there's got to be at least one other mumsnetter on that playground right? Hopefully we will hear from them too! Grin

If she's a GP receptionist, can't the kids go with her, sit in the waiting room and read or play board games? My mother had a similar job when I was a kid and that's what we did.

As with anything on here, how do any of us know what is real or fake ffs.

OP, I'm really surprised you've been banned, I have no idea if this is real or made up but I, for one, found it highly entertaining either way Smile

What I don't understand is why all those calling troll don't just fuck off instead of staying on the thread.

Or is it that they're so vain they need to prove their superior detective skills?

The rest of us are enjoying it and I believe it. I had someone just the other day drop their 8-year-old child round to play for an hour at about 10am and then send me a text to say they were going shopping and to see a friend and they would pick up after tea!

It's totally believable. The non-believers just need to hide the thread instead of clutching their self righteous pearls.
