Ok so she sent me a few more messages about how they just assumed I knew what they needed and didn't think they needed to spell it out for me! Saying that they do not know how they are expected to pay for childcare that they hadn't budgeted for as they was relying on me to provide it. And I shouldn't of said I could help if I wasn't willing to do so.

I had this on a smaller scale with someone who wanted me to drive in the opposite direction, pick up their kid, take to school and the do the reverse later. I wasn't a sahm I was off sick having had a major op. And she had a cocklodger with a car sitting on her sofa. Did it for a couple of weeks but then it was really hard to deal with the guilt trips bug I resisted. What is wrong with these people?

What unscientific rubbish! That only halves the calories. For things to be totally calorie-free you also need to be standing up.

MIL just eats half of FILs dessert. Free calories that way as technically she had no dessert.
