Saying that they do not know how they are expected to pay for childcare that they hadn't budgeted for as they was relying on me to provide it. Good grief. I've read both threads, the woman is deranged!

My mother in law helps with my childcare. It's a long standing arrangement but largely revolves around my children being in school. I've checked at least 5 times that she's still OK to help out 3 days a week in the holidays...and I'll probably check again before the end of July.

You don't just assume that someone will watch your children for you!!
