M&S Sparks card - frozen and unable to access any offers

Has this happened to anyone else?

I have been trying to get this sorted out with M&S, but no-one seems to be able to help.

Does anyone else find the Sparks card really clunky?

The few times I've used it I've used the website and it's been fine.

This is why I don't have one. I've sorted it out 3 times and I've given up now.

It's been glitchy for me, recently. DH is getting offers as usual and I've just got a load of use once ones to last the whole month.
