The Brylcreem Kid has just released emails detailing the Russian correspondence on the offer, apparently. You have to wonder whether anyone could be as daft as he seems to be.

BBC News are reporting DTJr has released the Russia email chain.

Is breaking so no details yet.

Just read them. This is the worst of it. Does he honestly think this makes things better. He arranged to meet a Russian who offered dirt on HRC. Surely he should be telling the Intel Agencies what he has been offered?

On twitter it says he wanted to tweet it before it was published but don't think he made it.

The Crown Prosecutor of Russia offered high level sensitive info to incrimnate HRC. Can it get much worse? And he says "if it's what you say it is, I love it".

I can't read them, too small. Tried Twitter & the Reuters site.

If they are that bad why would presumably his lawyer have advised him to do that?

That's assuming he sought his lawyer's advice - or decided to follow any advice that was given.

A few short thoughts/questions on Jr's email chain:

1. who was the second person who came for the meeting?
2. Jr spoke to Emin via phone -- so that phone call was likely intercepted by US and Russian intelligence and recorded.
3. Did Goldstone send any info on this to Daddy Trump, as he said he might?
4. pretty clear these emails have been altered, which is why Jr likely released them. They got some date/time stamps, other details wrong

On this point: Don Jr only released these (likely altered) emails so no one looks for whatever is worse. B/c only do this if something worse

Trump family, org, campaign has never been willingly transparent. Why start now. Ask why.
