Because the compounds Russia wants back are thought to be the home base of the wandering diplomats suspected of trying to map the grids.
And one of the things Putin is said to want out of the meeting with Trump is restored control of those compounds.

Anyone else read this one & think the reality of the situation is far more likely that NO ONE there is talking about why John Podesta refused to give the DNC server to the FBI and the CIA.

Trump and Putin. Concessions will be made. Putin will smile at Trump. Trump will lift all the sanctions. Seems like a fair deal.
