Wasn't sure where to post this, not actually am AIBU!
Well I decided to clean my daughters dirty Timberland boots today, they were dirty from a festival almost 2 weeks ago. I used shoe polish. Not a good idea apparently... She's well pissed off, well I didn't know they were suede under all that dirt!! So please how the fuck can I rescue them,??

Over 10 years experience here of working with shoes and polish/creams/dubbins etc...can not be removed from suede successfully. All i can suggest is try using a suede/nubuck cleaner and a clean damp cloth to try to minimize the damage. Good luck!

Thanks! Will give the damp cloth and suede cleaner a go!!
I guess my AIBU could be whether I should/shouldn't buy her a new pair if they are completely ruined? Hmm
