To be mildly hurt that I've either been mistaken for another poster or do be considered such a tool I don't even have to post on a thread to piss people off

I was looking for an older thread so did a vanity search with a couple of key words and found my name mentioned on a thread I hadn't even posted on!Shock

Being large of ego I had a nosey. And they were saying I was overly dramatic (which is true but not the point) and a bit off and told to get help.

I never even posted on the bloody thread. I can't find anyone with a similar name to me on there Confused

My character has been impuned, maligned etc etc

I'm actually upsetting people even when I'm not on bloody Mumsnet. Do I piss you all of that much?

Smile This is a really nice thread!

Ekphrasis · 27/06/2017 21:47

pacific, add yourself to that list! And empress.

I thought I'd made tech cry when I got my entire posting history under one name renamed / deleted except for one thread as it was funny and wouldn't have made sense. Claiming whole islands of self rule is another level!

HoneyDragon · 27/06/2017 21:49

Ekphrasis, that must've taken tech DAYS Shock

Ooh, are we having a part-ay?!
On a school night??
Which reminds me, mine have had their last day at school today, but I have to work tomorrow - boo hiss.

I have never upset Tech Halo afaik

youarenotkiddingme · 27/06/2017 21:52

Honey IIRC you do have a flair for dramatic - aren't you the poster who literally twatted a spider?!

But negatively dramatic and unkind? Not that I've ever seen. But very sure of your opinions and not swayed by others disagreeing - not a bad thing imo.

PacificDogwod · 27/06/2017 21:56

Honey, I think we need to see that thread to referred to in your OP - linkie, hm?

youarenotkiddingme · 27/06/2017 21:56

Also laughing at baby barrister the troll.

Again, IIRC you were on the allergy threads many moons ago when I appeared after my ds had his analphylatic reaction?

I'm either a genius memory or fucking useless at names Grin

DramaAlpaca · 27/06/2017 21:59

Maryz so glad to see you back!!! Smile

Thank you HoneyDragon for tempting her out, good work Star

Ekphrasis · 27/06/2017 21:59

honey - it wasn't the best circumstances and they seriously bent over backwards - I couldn't believe how helpful they were. can't say any more as they'll have to do it again unfortunately some threads don't read well now, but they're mostly mundane.

It was very quick once I had someone listening to me.

I thought they'd tell me to F off when I said "could you please just leave that one thread..."

Think I used up all my get out of jail passes in one evening! Grin

ZebraOwl · 27/06/2017 22:02

Am wondering if I can get my cats to chew their way into my new leotards. They like chewing plastic (the fluffy little weirdos) & often chew envelopes like this, so you'd hope they might be amenable to using their fangs for good when my hands are being spectacularly useless. (Feck knows how I'm going to change into my pyjamas. Sadly don't think cats likely to be much help there...)

Ekphrasis · 27/06/2017 22:03

Posters on this thread have seriously educated me in the past

ZebraOwl · 27/06/2017 22:05

And that (clearly) wasn't meant for here. Well done me.

Though anyone with helpful ideas re: disintegrating leotards/training up cats to assist with personal care do feel free to reply, obviously. I might be hiding under my duvet in embarrassment for bit, mind Blush

Ekphrasis · 27/06/2017 22:05

And Gin.

ZebraOwl · 27/06/2017 22:06

DISINTERRING not disintegrating. FFS autocowrecks, get it together. (Unless it knows something I don't Hmm)

Actually, this is the perfect thread for a cat chewed leotard. 😂
We knows how to part-ay!

This thread is everything! GrinStarGin

Wolfiefan · 27/06/2017 22:11

I think Zombie would approve of this thread. Sad
You lot are driving me to Gin tonight. And it's not even the middle of the bleddy week! Grin

Leotard: - Spotty exercise clothing.

ZebraOwl · 27/06/2017 22:24

To be fair my cats don't (as far as I'm aware Hmm) chew my leotards. They have been known - after getting a bit too friendly with the surer - to run round the house wearing them like superhero capes though...

ZebraOwl · 27/06/2017 22:27

AIRER! AIRER! I don't know what a "surer" is. Possibly someone insufferably smug & certain of their rectitude? Saying nothing about supply thereof in my life, but none of them have articles of my clothing draped off their persons...

Wolfiefan · 27/06/2017 22:39

I'm on the wine.
Hic
I am drinking all the wine.
This is my superhero puppy!
