To think that the perfect hair products are out there?

This is lighthearted, kind of...

I've got greasy roots, dry ends and colour my hair. Shampoos for coloured hair are too conditioning for my greasy roots and balancing/clarifying shampoos are too harsh for my coloured hair. I can't win!!

To add insult to injury, I have wavy hair a la Hermione in the first 3 Harry Potter books/films. I can't seem to find anything that enhances the curs without making them crunchy/sticky.

AIBU to think that the perfect products for my needs are out there somewhere and I just haven't found them? Or am I destined to have shit hair forever?

Bumble and Bumble sea spray turns wavy hair into gorgeous soft tumbling tousled loveliness.

£14 a bottle but worth it.

Was about to recommend Bumble and Bumble products, I have the same hair minus curls and colour, mind is fine and straight, but dries in a tina turner type style if I don't l don't blow dry, I also swear by Keratase, Loreal extraordinary oil, OGX and Bedhead.

You need Liz Earle botanical shine hair oil. Don't let the word "oil" put you off. It won't make your hair at all greasy. Just silky smooth and easy to manage. Smells fabulous too.

Scala shampoo and conditioners are bloody amazing (I love the one in the orange bottle). They're a Brazillian brand but I've only ever seen it in Afro Caribbean hair product shops but you might be able to hunt it down on Amazon.
