It's too bloody hot!!!

I was recently in a hotter country and actually took to having cold baths. Since being back in England I've stuck to cold showers, 3 a day at least!

An ice bath sounds delicious!! There are due to be thunderstorms here tomorrow morning and I will be lying starfish style on the lawn enjoying the rain and its glorious coldness. I've been sweltering in my kitchen at work all week and I need me some cold!

Yanbu at all! Although a tepid shower which you don't fully dry yourself after will work the best to cool you down.
I can't bloody wait for the weather to break. As we speak there is a cooler breeze wafting through the windows - at last! I hate hot weather with a passion.

Ahhh lying starfish style in the grass with the rain beating down sounds lovely...I think I might do the same!

There was a terrible summer a few years back where we had three solid weeks of high 20s/low 30s temps, it nearly broke me!
Bring back my beloved traditional rainy British summer!

I've had a cool shower and am now sitting in my garden. I'm feeling cooler now, almost verging on slightly chilly, it's bliss.
