Just had to walk half the way off our estate on the road because you can't get down the pavement for the bins dumped haphazard by the binmen.
Why can't they be left on the property edge? Garden, drive etc? Same of a morning before the bin men get there.
Pushing the pushchair onto and off the road to swerve bins and cars is annoying enough but how do people in wheelchairs or have a sight impairment cope? Or who have a physical disability?
