I'm the same, a supplier thinking he can get one over on me, his tough luck tho as he will now lose our support.
Called my GP, only to be told they had been taken over by another company and I now had to call this number.... and the company took over last month, but yet the number on the latter dates this month was the previous surgery number 
I called as I received a letter advising for me to put an appointment on in 3 months time to get bloods taken... very stroppy receptionist said we only take appointments a month in advanced
why sent out the bloody letter then!
Then I asked to order a prescription, ds2 required his epi today, so needed Epi Pens ASAP
Called to be told I needed to call between 2-4... can't as I work full time... and not able to call between this time 12-1 yes, but not 2-4.
I asked receptionist why patients weren't informed of the change... got stroppily told they have 13000 patients...
I advised that I didn't care, that I don't expect to come in the phone and be spoken to by an inept teenager, all I wanted to do was order my sons prescription and make a bloody test appointment like THEY asked me to!
She told me she would take the bloody script today but next time I would have to follow policy... giving her ds2 script... at each medicine she just said grunted at me!
Asked for her name, she asked why!
I asked if these calls where recorded and she said... obviously
Asked practice manager name and I will be speaking to her tomorrow!!!
