I live in a flat - imagine loads of old people.
My children have been playing outside the flat (but it is sony of court yard area) as its so bloody hot today. Elderly neighbor starts shouting at them that its not a playground (which it;s not)
HOWEVER - a very smelly eatery has just opened impacting our standard of living and i have been campaigning to get this sorted with the council has she supported me with that no - ignores it.
AND - a disco is blaring bang bang bang music from the other side and will she complain about that - no she won't.
so feel like going and asking her why she will only complain to the children about them playing and not actual issues we have which are actually impacting the quality of our life.
