To think that Jamie Cullum is boring

I'm at a concert. Outside. In the sunshine. It should be blissful.

Jamie Cullum is on stage. I'm bored witless. There are loads of people whooping and a-hollering. I'm trying to look interested.

AIBU?

Seven albums? Blimey. There's a lot of Jamie Gollum I didn't know I didn't know. He gets a round of applause from me though for the compilation called...In the Mind of Jamie Cullum. Like he's to jazz what Derren Brown is to illusion.
The cover is amazing as it appears to be him thinking of different objects, none of which seem related to the content.
Enough bitching from me, what Jamie Cullum song should I listen to first? whilst thinking of a dinosaur apparently

Inadays

Blimey will put your bad temper down to the heat.

I went with a group of pals who love Gregory P, and who like JC. Or some of them do. I wouldn't have gone on my own. If people wanted tickets they should have bought them quickly!

Gin: now actually I do like Jools H. Grin

I can't pin down what I don't like about JC: however energetic he is he just bores me rigid, total personality bypass.

I like Jools Holland too. Blush

I often listen to "Tom Jones and Jools Holland", an album I found, by chance in a charity shop.

Well we'll just have to agree to disagree then on Jamie Callum, OP. I wasn't in a bad mood by the way. I just happen to think he's extremely talented and didn't find his set boring at all. Every time he plays a concert the set is different, and the improvisation is part of jazz after all. it would be very boring if everyone liked the same things in life, wouldn't it? Smile
