I'd rather chew glass than hear his voice. I couldn't even watch any of the infamous circle jerk cabinet meeting. I had to wait and find a snarky article with the 'praise' in written form.

It kind of makes me mad at myself that I just can't listen to him. It's important to 'know thine enemy'. And sometimes I wonder if the sources I use (a lot of them snarky or sarcastic) may, at times, blunt the effect of his insanity in my mind.

There's speculation that rosenstein recusing himself might lead to mueller being forced to recuse himself as he then becomes a witness to the obstruction of justice to the obstruction of justice case. I think.

So, if Trump tries to obstruct all special counsels or judges or investigators, he could never be prosecuted?

It doesn't make sense.

In fact, if Rosenstein was just a witness and that led to recusing himself, I don't think it should affect Mueller. Not unless Rosenstein was also accused of something and Mueller was a witness.

I think it might be because rosenstein himself obstructed justice by writing the letter recommending that comey should be fired?

I'm not that confident that's the case though, have started on the wine and am already feeling it!

And if rosenstein committed any wrong doing, then mueller would be a witness to that so would have to recuse himself. I think.

This is primarily political and not legal.

And if there are any legal issues, I'm sure that those Babes in the Wood, Richman and Comey, can address them.

Not sure how Mueller would be a witness, though. He was an outsider when nominated, presumably. Unless Comey also confided in him.

Also, it's possible that some people could argue that his nomination for Special Counsel was tainted, but he's a Republican (right?) and has just appointed democrats for his team and has a good reputation.

The main issue is who is capable of supervising his investigation in the DOJ. And I mean allocating funds and resources.
At some point, I wonder if recusal by Rosenstein and Sessions is enough.
