Despite the phony Witch Hunt going on in America, the economic & jobs numbers are great. Regulations way down, jobs and enthusiasm way up!

Trump's mad tweets about 'fake stories' and 'lying media' and 'witch hunts' smacks so much of Nixon's 'I am not a Crook' speech that it isn't even funny. Well, it is, but it's not, iyswim.

DH and I were talking about the tweets. Scrotus simply does not realize that every time he tweets investigators and lawyers on Mueller's staff start parsing, googling, and tearing apart every phrase for clues and leads. If he says 'I didn't' they start looking for his every action and word. So I guess, in the end, he's doing us all a favour.

One of the first things a good lawyer advises his client is to 'keep yer trap shut' and I'm sure Scrotus' lawyer is in despair. I wonder how long it will be until he 'fires' his client.

I'd probably agree with that pessimism, I fear.
