friend lives near work which is 10 miles from my house (we work together) , she is single, no kids, has a car (I only got mine end of last year) and always says
"why don't you come to my house tonight?"
" Come to mine for a glass of wine"
Last week she phoned me up and said if you are passing today call in I am just at X beach(2 miles away) and will be home in 1/2 hour"

In the last 5 years she has been to mine about 7 times.

AIBU if I get annoyed?

No

Do you ever invite her?

Is your house as nice as hers?

nikkie · 19/03/2007 22:06

Always asking her, always saying noone visits me!
She always expects me to go out drinkning near her too and if I do I end up driving/not drinking/getting pissed off but she won't come to me because it costs too much for a taxi home

It would be rude to invite herself to yours. Maybe you should do the same and it will be more even
