He's made a mockery of the Labour Party and won votes by creating a manifesto that the country could not afford to deliver!!!

Resign JC !!!

Hahahaha. Resign?!!!!

LittleLionMansMummy · 09/06/2017 09:53

This is the funniest thing I've seen since the exit polls flashed up on my tv screen last night.

In what kind of parallel universe has Corbyn failed?! I want some of what you're on op.

paxillin · 09/06/2017 09:53

I suppose Theresa May would feel stronger and stabler if he did.

needtogiveitablow · 09/06/2017 09:53

I'm not sure I could agree with TM bringing national stability when austerity has lead to unprecedented cuts for public sector across the UK but in the NE specifically the budgets within local authorities have been decimated and are seeing more and more redundancies year upon year and while staff see the cost of living rise each year they are not afforded the same rises in salary which in effect is tantamount to a pay cut. When you are seeing nurses having to go to food banks just to feed themselves and (as we have seen on a recent thread) are being price out of the rental market and are on the verge of being homeless due to benefit cuts I would argue that we are in a very unstable state. Unfortunately (across all parties I might add) we are governed by politicians who in the majority have no experience of living with these worries and their version of strong and stable is not something that the general public can relate to.

JC did well. But I agree his manifesto is a bit dodgy. But May had a horrible campaign.
A real crappy situation atm.

DancingLedge · 09/06/2017 09:53

Bit early to start the smear campaign for the next election, isn't it?

Does anyone remember, "you lost, get over it" ?

People care about the savage cuts.

FFS the fantasists are out in full this morning.
How can anyone be so daft

Husk · 09/06/2017 09:55

Are you the fukwit that told TM she would get a bigger majority Grin

Checklist · 09/06/2017 09:55

Resign? He is warmer, kinder and more empathetic than Theresa May!

IMO, if the Labour party had accepted him as leader for the last 2 years, instead of sniping at him and rebelling, they could have won the election. The JAMs are fed up of feeling the pinch, and JC offered a more left wing agenda, which spoke to many people.

I am sick of the Tories, giving money to their wealthy friends and cutting taxes for the rich, while castigating the disabled as benefit frauds and scroungers!

ShatnersWig · 09/06/2017 09:56

This might appeal to you, OP.... Saw this on FB this morning and creased up

There was an election and he lost. Yes he should resign now.

MissEliza · 09/06/2017 09:57

I think a lot more people would have voted Labour if it wasn't for JC. I'm a Tory supporter but I can live with a Labour if it's in the hands of someone trustworthy e.g. Yvette Cooper, Andy Burnham but not JC et al. I am positive if any of the other candidates for Labour leadership had won, Labour would have won the election.

ShatnersWig · 09/06/2017 09:57

I see Phillip May is now here as well

someonestolemynick · 09/06/2017 09:58

"I still think he should resign."

Good luck with that. After the election result he won't go anywhere.

Branleuse · 09/06/2017 09:58

are you fucking kidding me. He has re-made the labour party. He has done brilliantly

LanaKanesLeftNippleTassle · 09/06/2017 09:58

Utterly fucking hilarious!

Really OP have you been watching completely different things to the rest of us?
I mean seriously??

The media has been openly hostile towards Corbyn. And pretty pro- TM.

Corbyn has gained Labour loads of votes and seats. TM has lost loads of votes and seats.

He got young people out to vote.

Labours manifesto was at least costed, Tories was just a fucking shambles.

JC has been consistent all the way through. TM has performed more U- turns than a racing driver.

TM is the unstable one.

But yeah it's JC who should resign Hmm Confused

For fuck sake what a bunch of bollocks.

BoredOnMatLeave · 09/06/2017 09:58

I don't even like labour and even I think he did better job than his predecessors

Chillyegg · 09/06/2017 09:59

Ahhh op is this because no one agreed with you on "the should tm quit" thread.

Infact are you actually TM? If so you really need to get off mumsnet and get some speechws written.
stop sulking op just accept alot of people this shes an arrogant idiot who has the personality of a toaster and is about as likeable as a syphalitic fish.

harderandharder2breathe · 09/06/2017 09:59

Why? He increased his parties seats. TM is the one who should resign, she called the election at great expense and has screwed over her own party

OohMavis · 09/06/2017 10:00
Grin

This actually made me chuckle.

QuiteLikely5 · 09/06/2017 10:00

Some of your JC fans seem rather happy considering he lost? Confused

OP posts:
waitforitfdear · 09/06/2017 10:00

Of course he won't why would he? He won a good campaign and Theresa ran a terrible one.

I voted for her as can't stand Corbyn but look

She pissed off the pensioners which is like One Direction announcing to their screaming fans that actually they are all gay, She u turned on tax and scared people on the dementure tax and police numbers.

Now of course Jeremy can't deliver on those promises no one could or Will and the electorate will find that out if they ever vote him in but that's another story.

PortiaCastis · 09/06/2017 10:00

Theresa lost a working majority she should go
Serves her right for being complacent and cock sure
