AIBU to wonder on what policies people will be voting for

AIBU to wonder which policies people will be voting for on Thursday? I'm not thinking about personalities, or generalisations like strong and stable, but actual party policies.

I will vote labour because they plan to put more funds into the NHS, education and childcare and to shore up the police force which has been diminished over the last few years. I agree with the 5% highest earners paying a little more tax and corporation tax to going up to 26%. (Thatcher got it down from 52% to 34 % in her time so 26% isn't high).

This isn't an invitation to a slanging match. I am simply curious to know which policies appeal to other people and will determine they way they vote.

Who I trust with Brexit, home & international security, taxation both individually & with proposed new rates of things to tax in their manifesto's & who ultimately, to do this with less than half of the country now paying tax

I'm voting Labour

Same reasons as you OP and I also think their Brexit team is more competent.

I think the majority vote in quite a tribal way and then use policies to justify their choice. I'm obsessed but I last read an actual manifesto in 1997 and that was only because a friend wrote bits of it.
