Yes. I have a lovely boss with amazing forearms. When we have our serious work related conversations, I have real trouble focusing on the topic at hand (SEE WHAT I DID THERE) if he has his sleeves rolled up.

I love it when they grab the poles/rails on public transport and you can see their muscles moving, even when the arms are not very muscular.

They look powerful and so masculine. There's also something about the smartness of the outfit juxtaposed with the sleeves being rolled up.

Even more appealing for me is if they have a light covering of dark hair.
