You know, lots of these famous people get so much grief when they are all over the press visiting people after such events - the media making out its all about them, they should be doing things quietly and not having photographers there, etc

They do something low key - such as Prince William visiting the emergency services involved - and they are too low key and not doing enough.

Royal visits to hospitals are very disruptive. They take away resources, medical staff, admin staff, security. I think the Queen visiting was enough.
