...on this grey Monday?? (well - its grey and bloody miserable up here anyway!) .... not writing anything much here as don't want to influence guesses.

I'm 5ft10

V bored perma-breastfeeding, so hoping this will provide a lighthearted distraction.

aero you sound fit as a whip! I'm going to look into kickboxing, I'd seen a BJJ class but have always fancied kickboxing .... after creeping on Jean Claude Van Damme as a teen (cringe)

Do you have a really massive 3 stone head?

Grin

I'm "skinny fat" too. My BMI is really low but it's all wobbly fat.

5hrs a week weight lifting though? That's pretty intense!

LittleGreenPear · 05/06/2017 11:28

Well I'm a touch under 5 ft 4 and I weigh about ten stone something and I categorically do not look anything like you

At your height then 12 stone seems about right to me.

I really do dislike these guess my weight threads though. Along with guess my age ones

MaidOfStars · 05/06/2017 11:28

So, I'll ask you for a more accurate assessment of your physicality - what are your vital measurements? what is your % body fat?

MaidOfStars · 05/06/2017 11:29

(This is rhetorical, BTW. But any fit person knows that these are better indicators of ones physical health and cosmetic appearance).

Oh god.... I'm 37 at the weekend... my face says otherwise, lack of sleep and no time for 'real effort' makeup has me looking 'weathered' Grin

maid ... not sure of BF, I have calipers but not skillful enough for an accurate reading, I'd be happy with anything up to early twenties, but I know I'm cleverly hiding some in weird places - like my back Confused looks like my bra is trying to strangle a carrier bag of cottage cheese from behind ha ha ha

Sorry but if Kim Kardashian is 8 stone, I'm a Chinese Monkey. She is 10 and a half stone at LEAST! Probably even 11 stone!

Is she bollocks 8 stone. I am an inch taller than her, and at 8 stone I look way too skinny. I look similar to how she looks on this pic

Miniwookie · 05/06/2017 11:40

Shorter women just don't understand the difference height makes to weight. I'm 6' 1 a healthy BMI for me is between 10st 11 and 13st 7. I'm over that right now, but working on it. I'm pretty skinny at 12st.

Backt0Black · 05/06/2017 11:40

Crikey...... I like me a squat 'booty' but thats too far IMO. There has to be 2 stone and quite a few $$$$$$ of filler in that bottom!!!!

Thanks OP! Will definitely have a poke around NL, never bought underwear there before.

Miniwookie · 05/06/2017 11:43

Your body is incredible BTW OP. Throw the scales away.

Hmm

Since I started weight lifting, my back is the same. It's my bra digging into muscle. Same on my pecs.

Bras are not really designed for mesomorphs.

Backt0Black · 05/06/2017 11:50

maid

...surely a business idea in there!

PavoReal · 05/06/2017 11:54

You look amazing! I am 5'11 and exactly 12 stone too, and am just a huge jelly mess. If I posted a similar picture of me I reckon people would think I'm at least a stone more than you.
I've started back up swimming these last couple of months, knocked out 1800 metres this week. I can feel a difference in my waistbands, and umm, trouser ass coverage but absolutely no movement on the scales.

Alcea · 05/06/2017 11:59

As far as I know Kim K is 9 stone. She used to post pictures of the number on her weighing scales on her social media accounts after her baby.

Backt0Black · 05/06/2017 12:02

Good on you Pavo .I'd heard swimming is good for all over body sculpting but I stupidly had boob implants when much, much younger and now have minimal chest strength. Theres a lesson there if I'm ever in a shipwreck!!

bbcessex · 05/06/2017 12:16

I am naturally heavy (even when physically 'slim').

I do have an extraordinarily massive head though GrinGrinGrin

BarbaraofSeville · 05/06/2017 12:30

Kim K's arse might weigh 8 stone, but she's not that weight when you include the rest of her.

Second the requirement to get your body composition checked and concentrate on keeping your body fat percentage in a healthy range for a 30 something woman.

That, resting heart rate and shape is much more important than what the scales say.

AmateurSwami · 05/06/2017 12:53

norfolk you look wonderful!!! Please don't put yourself down!

We need to not buy into the ridiculous magazine bollocks of how we always need to be smaller. It's debilitating.

Backt0Black · 05/06/2017 12:59

exactly.... the only celeb tale I believe is Pink, recently said her pp weight registered her in the obese bmi category, still looks bloody good to me.

This thread is eye opening in such a good way! Smile

I'm struggling with my body atm trying to get over the fact that I will never be 48 kg again (last time was when I was 16 and skin and bone!) and that having a more 'athletic' build (broad shoulders, narrow waist and hips) will mean I'm going to be heavier.

I'm 21 and childless but university, a knee injury and exams have taken their toll and at 5'2.5 I'm 10.4 stone! I do have G-cup norks and quite the bum which add to that though Grin I'm still mostly a 6-8 but I had to go up to a 10 in jeans a while ago. Notice how my hips are narrow so my thighs will pretty much always rub no matter how small I get and my torso is very short which makes me look even bigger sigh

OP you look amazing, especially being 2 months pp! Any advice on losing fat as I have a lot of muscle from previous sports which is starting to show again but I'm really struggling!

user1491260401 · 05/06/2017 13:50

Just wanted to say you look fantastic! But I was going to guess 12 stone because you are tall and substantially muscular (and muscles weigh a lot). Your legs are basically my idea of perfect.

I think that many of us have been conditioned to think that being lighter is always better, but this just isn't true. Rationally I know that I probably want to weigh more not less to improve both the health and appearance of my body, but emotionally I really struggle to accept it.

Givemeallthechocolate · 05/06/2017 13:55

Sorry I've seen the answer so I won't guess, without sounding like a weirdo can I just say that you look perfect? Honestly you look fit and healthy and I'm quite jealous.
