My neighbours have their friends over every weekend when the sun is and there's always so much noise with kids screaming and music. We live in terraced properties. I never get to enjoy my garden in the sun with some peace and quiet. I don't mind now and again but every weekend is too much. I'd like to be able to take a book out and sit in the sun sometimes. AIBU?
