Okay, I know IANBU but I had to say thank you somewhere to the woman who asked if I was okay when I broke down in tears on a train station platform this morning. (I am okay, just had bad news, missed a train and everything got too much so was sitting in proper embarrassing snotty sobs. I'm not normally like that.) She asked if I was okay, wanted to talk or needed a hug. It made such a difference.
