Sleep wars

Please help settle an argument I currently have every weekend. I'm breastfeeding and 5 month old baby wakes up at 1, 4 & 6am for feeds. At weekends DH wants a lie in at least one of the days. I think he should take the baby dowstairs with our other son and let me get a bit more sleep. AIBU or is he?

He is, but he probably doesn't understand how tired you are.

When I was bf my dh took ds downstairs after 5 am every day and let me sleep til 8!!and week ends both days til whenever!!

Sounds fair, one lie in each

One each is how we've done it. There isn't another way really.

Depends, is he waking up too or is he sleeping soundly on whilst you are awake. If you are both up, one each, if not, you get both.
