To be annoyed at ball games outside at 22:15

Do noise cancelling headphones work, ear plugs?
It's a regular occurrence around here...the sound of the ball bouncing on the concrete and attacking the walls and gates drives me bonkers!
There is a park around the corner...I know it's too late :(

Yes, I think it's too late, and yes, they should be doing it in a park.

foam ear plugs will dull it, i use them at the cinema, but its still a pita when there is a park near by.
