This is an article about someone who gave up sugar almost 30 years ago. Her diet/general lifestyle seems pretty good to me. What do you all think?

All the 'live sugar free!' stuff tends to be bollocks anyway. I remember looking at Davina McColls supposedly sugar free cookbook. Half of it was normal, main meal stuff which you'd be weird to put sugar in anyway, and half was puddings and cakes made with maple syrup or or similar which was still basically sugar. All nonsense.
