I'm 5ft 10in and currently weigh 10st 8lbs which is obviously ok - but I want to get down to 10st.
I've been calorie/macro counting and the weight has been dropping quickly.
I was a heavy beer drinker on a weekend but to lessen the calorie impact, I've switched to red wine. DH has given my red wine to his son tonight so I'm stuck with nothing.
I'm losing fast, even if I fuck up today I know I'll start losing again from Monday - do I eat the chocolate? Fuck-it-Saturday?
