To think he must be on chatsites

I have been in a long distance relationship with him for over a year.
He say he loves me misses etc.
In the early days of our relationship he was still on the chatsite he met me on and I created fake id and he flirted a bit with me.
We did seem to get closer as our relationship went on and he has been coming every weekend to see me and he texts and video calls me in the week.
He promised some time ago that he would stop going on the chatsite and I didn't see his profile on there again although I am aware he could have changed his id.
The other day we was searching for a place on his phone and I noticed that a couple of chatsites came up on his phone.
I questioned him and he said he isn't on chatsites no need because he has me.
He said the only reason they where in his search history is because his boss was asking where he had met me and he was showing him links.
But if that's the case why was he not just showing him the one he met me on.
What you think mumsnetters.

I'm just trying to think of a situation where a boss asks his member of staff where he met his girlfriend. I can't
This bit i wouldn't find weird. Different places, different bosses have different relationships with their staff, however if you put it together with everything else it just sounds dodgy.
would you accept this?
Would i accept my dp chatting on dating sites?
Not a chance in hell.
I am certainly very easy going, but if my dh was on a dating site chatting to people my boot would be up his arse.

OP i'm sure you've posted about him before (eg he can't have sex during Ramadam, and there was another one I can't remember all the ins and outs of but IIRC you said you'd come out of a LTR for him).

This relationship is clearly making you unhappy....as there is no marriage, kids or property together, I'd just end it if I were you. You're not getting anything from it except cheap words and weekly sex.

Come on OP, time to wise up. The reality of your relationship is slapping you round the face and yet you're still trying to explain it away.

Talk is cheap. All these things he says, it's just words. Easy words, when you only actually see each other one day a week (if he's not too tired).
